We cannot retrieve a file, change a setting, certify a copy, or answer for a court. Need an Official Docket or Record?

Crowley County requests should be directed by record type:

  • An upcoming state-court hearing: use the Colorado Judicial Branch Docket Search, then call the clerk if the listing and notice differ
  • An ROA or filed document: submit the official Record/Document Request Form with Crowley selected
  • A certified or exemplified copy: order it from the combined-court clerk and confirm the fee before purchase
  • A transcript: use the separate Colorado Judicial Branch transcript request route
  • A municipal matter: contact the issuing town or municipal clerk because the state clerk does not keep a purely town file

The official state-trial-court counter is the Clerk of Court, Crowley Combined Court, 110 East 6th Street, Room 303, Ordway, CO 81063. Call 719-267-4468 or fax 719-267-3753. Public hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The office closes from noon to 1:00 p.m.
